Made up of 101 affordable housing units and ground floor retail, 72Foster offers residents a mix of artist lofts as well as studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. As part of the development plan, the building will serve as affordable housing for an entire century.

Features include large community gathering space, a communal kitchen, folding walls that open to the courtyard, large windows, ceiling fans in every room, and an expansive rooftop solar array system.
