Project Details

The first buildout of LISAH (Low Income Single Adult Housing), Argyle Gardens was designed through a co-housing model promoting shared community space. Consisting of four buildings near a bus line, light rail, a park, and commercial shopping, the modular system can be configured into various co-housing systems to accommodate a wide range of community members and housing needs.

Comprised of three, two-story residential buildings and one, three-story building, Argyle Gardens totals 24,000 square feet. The largest building includes 35,220-square-foot studio apartments with a large community room, laundry, support services offices, and communal gathering space. The three additional buildings feature two six-bedroom units with two shared bathrooms and a large kitchen.
