Featuring new construction of a 24,000-total-square-foot, 189-unit multifamily development, Renaissance Commons consists of two buildings and units ranging from studio to three-bedroom apartments. All units will be rented to households earning 60% of area median income or less, with ten units rented to those earning 30% AMI or less.
